Miori (Thai: มิโอริ; Japanese: ミオリ) is a Japanese singer and actress under AVELIA. She is a former member of the girl group BNK48 and its Team BIII.
Career[]
2017-2023: BNK48[]
On February 12, 2017, Miori was officially introduced as one of the 29 first generation members of BNK48.[1]
She made her official debut as a member of the group on August 8, 2017, with the single album "Aitakatta".
On December 24, 2017, BNK48 announced Team BIII as their first team, as well as its 24 members, which included Miori.[2]
In early 2018, it was revealed that she had signed up for Japanese main sister group AKB48's 10th senbatsu election. She ended up not being ranked.
On October 19, 2018, Miori was announced to have signed up for BNK48's first senbatsu election for their 6th single, also known as 6th Single Senbatsu Sousenkyo.[3] In the election she was voted as 20th place by fans with a total of 9,915 votes, making her an Undergirls member and being included in the b-side of their 6th single album, later revealed to be "Kimi no Koto ga Suki Dakara".
On December 24, 2019, Miori was announced to have signed up for BNK48's second senbatsu election, this time for their ninth single album.[4] In this election she was ranked 27th place by fans with a total of 4,151 votes, making her a member of Undergirls again and being included in the single album's b-side, later revealed to be "Hashire! Penguin".
On September 26, 2020, she took part in BNK48's first janken tournament, where she was eliminated in the first round by Orn.[5]
On January 15, 2022, Miori was announced to have signed up for BNK48's third senbatsu election, this time for their twelfth single album.[6] In this election she was ranked 15th place by fans with a total of 16,579.73 votes, making her a part of the senbatsu and being included in the single album's title track, later revealed to be "Believers".
On October 30, 2022, during the groups Request Hour 2022, it was revealed that Miori would be the vice-captain of Team BIII starting from 2023.[7]
On September 16, 2023, Miori announced her graduation from the group; She officially graduated on December 25 after her graduation ceremony.[8]
2024: AVELIA[]
On April 1, Miori released a statement announcing that she had joined the Japanese company AVELIA.[9]
