On October 31, 2023, Castella announced their sixth digital single through a video teaser[1]; The single was later confirmed to be titled "Jikan wo Makimodosu" on November 13.[2] The official audio was released through YouTube on November 17, with the single being released on streaming sites on December 8.[3]
